Latest Answer: Stellar Jeevan has very poor construction quality. I am living at Stellar Jeevan and cursing them almost everyday for wasting my hard earned money like this. You can check about the quality of construction with any resident at Stellar Jeevan. You will be scared of drilling for hanging curtains or paintings also if staying at Stellar property. Another problem is of tiles. Tiles are defective, different shades, with stains, which they are not ready to change. So all in all, I will never suggest any property of Stellar

Availability and Project Approval
Q: Is the project approved, Is there availability.

Latest Answer: Hi - Can anyone confirm if Stellar Jeevan society in Greater NOIDA west is good to buy a ready to move flat...I have gone through all the news in social media and internet about cracks, windows and doors fell off stories...does anyone know if the situation is better and it is all approved by the Greater NOIDA authority...also if a comparison is done with other societies in that area, is it good?
